Trouble Shooting Textile Screen Printing
CAROUSEL / TABLE ROLLING OUT OR NOT STOPPING
This occurs when the index bearing on the carousel rolls out of the capture fork and the table keeps spinning.
The problem is not enough air pressure to the capture fork cylinder and/or the cylinder piston seals are worn.
Also, if the cylinder is the OEM fork cylinder which have cushion adjustments on it, they can be adjusted too tight to keep the cylinder from slamming to a bottom out but not have enough holding force to keep the fork engaged to the bearing.
PRESS TECH fork cylinders do not have cushion adjustments for this reason but have rubber cushions inside the cylinder so pressure setting and slamming are not a problem.
